courtesy lights when lock/unlock

I'm bringing this back up as I am interested in this as well. My '04 F150 would light up...headlights, parking lights and interior lights with the unlock button on the remote. The wife takes the truck sometimes and it's nice to have that feature, as mentioned, in dark lots and such. My '05 F250 does not do this...the interior lights come one, but not the headlights or parking lights.
Anyone got a fix for this? I'd like the headlights and parking lights to come on when the unlock button is pressed on the remote.

IMO this would be a nice option, not only for the dark parking lots, but I have had it happen where you are juggling things around in your hands because they are full and you hit the unlock button, (or so you thought you did), only to find out now the keys are back in your pocket and the EX is still locked and your hands are still full, DOH! When you lock the doors the rear tail lights and possibly the front parking lights, haven't noticed yet, flash at least letting you know that it is locked as well as the horn blow. Audio and visual signals that help out, there is none of that for the unlock on mine other than the dome lights which in the daytime you cannot see anyways.

When I use the remote to lock the parking lights come on for a brief
moment, both front/rear. When unlocking running board lights come on
(and stay on) telling me I did in fact unlock my Ex.
Have you tried your headlights in "auto" and it's dark out
they "might" come on when you unlock? I don't use the "auto"
headlights (rains in daylight need to turn on headlights manually)
