For your reading pleasure.
I got something strange going on during the day it will with out any issues ideals an will get down, when come night and i turn the head/running lights on it starts acting the fool an will no ideal for long. sometimes it sound like it got flooded when i try to start it back up, if like i need pep the gas to start back up other wise it falls back on its sounds like it back fired. motor is a 390 board over with what I recall 10:1 pistons, accel distributor with a mild cam, carb is 3310-10 holley with 6.5 power valve (replaced that this morning) vacuum leveled off around 15-16psi at +/- 2 turn a side. also notice my was a bit thin so i changed my oil an fuel pump in tough that i am ether loosing fuel to the crank case or dumping past the power valve . timing is somewhere close to 10 i think, it is were it will wright a line down a block the easiest. one thing just thought of that wile fixing all the light, running light driver frond is bunt out to another that is also a hot wire to something that did not seam important at the time. striped tape off for 2-3 feet before 2nd to last connection because it was badly burnt out that far, when tagged back in it stays on so it got ran to the other light. where to start, i am not 100% that it is due to me get it hot or it me turning the lighs on or if i still not got something not set right on carb??????
