Fuel injector knock?

Fuel injector knock?
Truck was vapor locking and would not start and ran rough when it did start .The driver side rear injector went out, i replaced it .The truck fires right up, has full power.Now it sounds like a loud knocking. I checked flywheel ,it's good. Any ideas?

BTW the truck is Gasoline 5.4 , sounds like a hammering.

This is the 7.3 Diesel '99-2003 forum threads, you may need to go over to the your year/Gas/5.4 threads for a better reply on your problem.
