Fog lights work with parking brakes but not with headlights
high beams are not on

 

First off, welcome.
A bit more info is needed. Do you have autolamps? What happens when you do hit the switch for hi-beam? You have hi-beam lights?

I'm guessing in the HL switch. Turn it slow from the park light position to head lights. Is there a point where they are both (heads, fogs) on like normal?

 

Do not have auto lamps.
Manual says fog light will not work on high beams.

You have to pull the headlight switch towards you while in auto or parking/headlights are on.

 

He says they work with the parking lights on, so he know that. I would suspect a problem in the head light switch though.
