truck mirrors?

Does anybody know if van mirrors fit on a truck? I found new ford van mirrors that look the same as my truck mirrors but not sure if they fit. They are the style that the bracket kind of looks like a 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No idea,
I'll give you a bump with my reply though.

Mad van would know, but he's not around.

I just figured out that they are slightly different... Thats my luck. The top bracket the hole centers are about one inch closer together. They wont bolt right on. I remembered my one neighbor has a older van with these style mirrors and ask if I could measure them. I had found 2 new factory ford mirrors for about 60 bucks sounded like a good price to me but to bad they dont fit.

I had to buy another truck without a motor to get my mirrors. I hate those little worthless ones it came with. I have searched everywhere and when people are selling them, it's cheaper to buy another truck. I also learned that any aftermarket ones are just trash.
I have the power mirrors that came off our 97 though if you are looking and the old foldouts that were on my 94 but they aren't as good as the ones in my picture for towing.

I am looking for the old swing out ones. I definately agree on the aftermarket ones being junk. I found new factory ford mirrors on ebay but they are asking $73 a piece. I wasnt looking to spend that much.

RRranch, What do you want for the factory power mirrors off your truck? I need at least the diver side mirror for mine. PM me if you want to unload them (or one of them).
