Replacing Timing Chain

Hey guys, I am putting in a new timing chain and had a couple of questions. The timing chain that I am replacing was put in last March but is a stock chain, hence the reason for replacement. Do you guys think I will have to replace all of the gaskets and seals? (Water pump, timing cover, front seal)
Thanks

The timing set I got has the three keyways for advanced, retarded, and stock (I assume straight up). Do I want to run advanced or stock/straight up? What's the difference in performance between them?

When i put the timing chain on my 460 i put it straight up because thats what they recommend. If i remember correctly advanced is for more HP are higher RPM and retarded is for low end power and torque
