Yes. The pumps are all basically the same. Calibrations might be slightly different for different years, and I guess automatics might have something different in the external linkage that can be swapped over.
Somewhere around 92.5 they added the torque screw on the back of the pump, but from what I understand, its mostly an emissions thing to limit the black smoke at low RPMs, while still providing sufficient fuel at high RPMs. Torque screw pumps are compatible for earlier engines (7.3 or 6.9) and non-torque screw pumps can be used on the later engines.
