Just wanted to introduce myself. I am in Grandville, which is just south of Grand Rapids for those who don't know. I am new to Fords but not new to wheelin', I use to be a Chevy guy so I know absolutely nothing about my truck, but look forward to finding out.

Ahh, I Graduated in 86. I know some people from Hopkins that are about your age though.

 

It says you work in machine repair in your profile. Do you work at Ellens right there in town?

 

No, I repair industrial laundry equipment, Hospitals,Prisons,Hotels and anywhere large amounts of laundry are done.

The largest washer at the laundromat...is the smallest washer I work on. The largest washers I work on will pump out clean clothes at a rate of 110# every 3 minuites!!

I work out of Byron Center, but I travel all over the state.

 

I used to work in Byron Center at my dad's tool and die shop, he is still their next to the truck stop on 76th Street. So do you ever Mud Run at Bear Swamp? I never have ran there, though I have been there quite a bit. We usually go to Silver Lake 3 or 4 times a summer and pound around on my friends farm in Hopkins.

 

I used to go to bear swamp, but I found there were too many drunk idiots.

I prefer the organized mud boggs because there is no drinking allowed while you are racing, which makes sense to me. I am not against drinking, I just think it has no place in motor sports (unless you are a spectator lol)

 

The drinking is a large reason I never drove in it.
