I am putting a 460 in my F150 and one thing I don't like is how Ford necked the converter down from two 2 1/4" inlets down to one 2 1/2" outlet. I would like to open up the back of the converter and make it 3" outlet. Is it worth the trouble? If I have the 2 1/2" outlet go immediately into a 3" inlet turbo muffler, is that 3-4" of restriction a major problem? I don't like the thought of that bottle neck there.
