I work in CR, but live out past the Amanas. Got few Fords around the place... 2-84's, my 86, a 92, and then a 77 and 78.

BTW, welcome to FTE as well as the Iowa chapter! We are happy you found us!

Thanks for the welcome fellro. You may have seen some of my other ford's around CR. Lifted 99 dark green f150 extended cab. SAS'ed 91 ranger on 35's plus many others.

See you are from marengo, I have family in marengo they are ford fans as well.

I'm sure I probably did see those rigs sometime. There is a super lifted Excursion that shows up at the store from time to time.

I have spent the majority of my life here around Marengo. Moved away for about 11 years, then now am back pretty much to stay.

Nice!! I have a 2003 F250 4X4 Crew Cab Lariat V10 Triton with topper. Purchased for towing a 30' RV. Have used it locally this spring; now we leave this Friday for a 17 day trip to Boise, ID and return to Cedar Rapids to visit friends. We have great expectations on it's towing ability as we cross the Rockies, and the expense in gas as prices at the pump keeps climbing. My red pickup can be seen running around town with my retired U. S. Navy license plates and a disabled sticker on the rear plate.
