Tow pkg wiring, fuses? Diagram?

I believe there is a relay on the driver's side fender. I'm not sure if its supposed to be mounted, or just kinda laying there (the relay on my truck was busted and just laying there) I ended up bypassing the relay and installing my own set of relays in the rear of the truck.
I had traced everything at one point, but don't have those papers handy at the moment. You might want to just trace it out and see where it goes as it might be modified by a previous owner.

If the wiring is stock,
1)does the running lights on the truck work? if so then the relay is getting power to turn on,
2)There is a fusible link that powers this circuit, its a blue link that feeds a yellow wire, see if that's blown or not,
3)If all above is good, change the relay and check for any bad wiring or corroded plugs.
The relay "should" be in a plastic toped hanger and say trailer relay or something close to that, it will be on the drivers side and should be between the coffee can (if you have one) and the firewall.

the truck running lights work, with them on there is no power at the relay.
where is the fusible link, is it by the relay, or somewhere else
