Here's what I came up with. As someone else mentioned, there are a couple in Custer State park just East of Custer. Believe Stockade lake has some, also Legion lake.
I can't remember the name, but there is a place on hwy 16 just west of Custer on the way to Jewel Cave that has a waterslide.

Crooked Creek Resort (Hill City) 574-2418
Custer Mt Cabins & Campground 673-5440
Gold Camp Cabins (Custer) 673-2720
there are a few others in the area, but at least this should get you started and maybe directed toward what you need. Should still be early enough in the year to be able to get reservations..
