Those rear fenders are tough to fix on the top/rear at the flange! Not at all a simple curve. Looking good!

Got the driver bedside started. Also got some round tubing tacked onto the passenger bedside. Finished the ends.

What size sheet metal did you use on the bed sides? Also, what is the size and wall thickness?

I bought a 4 x 8 sheet of 16 gauge sheet metal and cut it down the middle. I'm using the stock bed dimensions.

A little more progress. Bed crossmembers finished. Drivers bedside with round tubing in place. Started on headerpanel.
