Yes it is, I am moving it back this weekend, when I drop the rear down. Planning on just moving the front spring hangers back on the frame..

Lower doesnt tip over as easy.....

I guess if I was in Florida, I'd prob have 12 inches of lift... but not sure of where else would be goood for that.

straight flat mud dave. if i lived in a flatter area i'd be all about 15'' lifts and 46''+ tall tires. but anything flat in illinois can be plowed, anything that can be plowed is farmed. so i have hilly tree and rivine filled areas to play in. my f350 used to hit **** all the time and it wasn't that tall. roof was scratched and dented to high hell. i love tall trucks, but they don't work everywhere for everything. location location location.......

Here is the reason why I lowered it, Like Dan and LTB I also like tall trucks... but, my situation is this, my truck has a 302, automatic, and 4.10 gears, everyone on here knows how that combo will work out with 38" tall tires or bigger. ITS BAD!! So, that being said, I felt that the tires I had were too small for the lift and I had two options. Either buy bigger tires, which I would have loved to do, I would love to run 40"s or so, but if I did that it would have started a chain reaction where I would need to not only spend the cash on buying deeper gears but I would have also had to go into an engine swap. I can do both, and would like to, but dont want to fork out the money right now. So, lowering the truck down just a little I think made the tire wheelwell combo look better and it is free.... If someone would just donate a big block and a set of 5.38's I'll go back up....

thats because you compensate for a small package with motor. i'd do it with big *** tires and banana springs if it was practical here, but it's not.

p.s. i will touch clouds one day

If your mud racing your right, but if your on trails or on swamp road's running fast across the mud aint always possible.

I live in moncks corner, where are you located?
