Part of the article at least is old or out dated. It is talking about the 4.4L diesel that was shelved a couple of years ago and it's talking about the 6.2L and 3.5L engines as if they haven't been introduced yet.
I'll believe it when i see it.

I doubt this will happen. I was hoping Ford would come out with the F-100. If the F-100 was in production, they could base the Explorer on that intsead of that sorry platform it's on now. The Explorer should be more related to the Expedition. Now it's a Freestyle. Anyway, I would like to see this but Ford doesn't have a heart to make this or a Bronco.

i know if ford would bring back the bronco. i would have to think long and hard not to buy one! hell as long as its on the f150 frame platform and not a bronco II on a ranger frame platform ! now thats a i would be in for!
