Mobil or Ford recommended fluid for differential?

I am about to change differential fluid which one should i use?

I am not sure if it matters what brand, but the right viscosty. and if you have a limit slip you have to add a friction modefier. Yea my spelling sucks

I used amsoil. so far so good. the drivetrain sound decreased when I switched.

This is what the owners maneul says front 4x4 sae 90 hypoid gear oil, rear mc sae 75w-140 hp synthetic , or mc 75w-90 synthetic
