I have a set of drop DJM shackles, I can send a photo of them if you would like. They are brand new never installed.

elgemcdlf is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
What is the width of your frame? If 34" the '03-'05 Crown Vic will get you about a 5" drop. Eaton Detroit makes 1 1/2" drop springs getting you 6 1/2" drop, power rack & pinion steering, 12" rotors, dual piston calipers. If you can do the minimal welding yourself you can have it finished minus wheels & tires for right around $1000.00. Check out the bumpside area for more information on the swap.
