Ipr coil resistance reading

Ipr coil resistance reading
Hey guys, I keep searching to no avail, but I thought I remember reading that the coil resistance reading was to be between 10.1 and 10.8 ohms. I was going to reseal my ipr, pulled coil and I'm getting a reading of 13, I'm sure that was out of spec, but need some of you to confirm. Thanks in advance!
P.s. My new kit from International didn't include the nut that I remember reading was part of the kit.

According to PaysonPSD (Robin's) post 20, it could cause it to run badly. He listed an example of one with a .5 ohm resistance lower than the 4 he had been given. Yours is more than an ohm out from that good resistance. However, meters can also vary in their readings depending on several factors.
