Bad Door Lock Actuator?

Bad Door Lock Actuator?
'morning all,
I have a 2000 F150 with keyless entry/power locks. However, it's not working. When I press the lock or unlock button (on either the fob or the door controls), no change to the locks occur. I can hear it trying to lock/unlock and I can see the locks move slightly, but it's like there isn't enough juice. I've been manually locking and using the key to unlock. Is it possible my actuator's are bad on both sides? Is there something else to check?
Thanks in advance!

The actuators are electric motors that reverse direction.
They have rubber boots to keep water out.
With age the boots come apart and allow water to rust the twist screw assemblies and may get water into the motor that cannot get out.
In winter temps the water may freeze.
Replacment time!
Good luck.
