Dome Light Problem Wont Turn On

2001 f350 powerstroke.
My dome light wont go on, is there a relay or something I should check? I checked all the 5 and 10 amp fuses and they were all good. It doesnt come on when i open the door or spin the switch to turn it on. Its not the bulb because the bed light doesnt come on either and there is not any voltage at the light. Any suggestions?

It almost sounds like a broken wire going to them.

Does it only happen with the drivers door? Reason I ask is because there's a switch inside the door also that could be causing it. I'm going to wire mine up so it has a "dome override" like the chebbies.....

Mine had similar symptoms when I bought it. Turned out that the drivers side door switch had apparently been stuck for so long that all of the courtesy light bulbs were blown including the bed light. That wouldn't explain no voltage though.

Is your door ajar light on?

i just unpluged the conn at the latch left side if i need the light just turn it on . the pass side works normal . this will also let you move windows after key is turned off . unless rt door is open .

That's exactly how I have it now, but I have three unused switches in my dash and I like the idea of the override. Wife drives the truck sometimes........
