Transmission slip OD e-clip

Transmission slip OD e-clip
The transmission in my 04 F150 5.4 4x4 has slipped on me a couple times. It feel as though it slips into neutral and revs up while in gear. 4R75W trans, right?
From what I read, this sounds like the e-clip for the over drive broke.
Shops in my area haven't heard of this so I'd rather do it myself then bring it to someone that's shooting in the dark.
If OD is off, the trans does not slip, which just confirms more of what I've read.
Does anyone have any specific info or pictures on how to go about fixing this?
I know you have to drop the pan (which holds aprox. 5 qts), but how much trouble would removing the valve body cause me?
