Set of OEM 8 lug, 17" Alloy Rims, 99'-04'

looking for a nice set of FORD OEM 17" or 18" alloy rims that came off a 99'-04' F250/350 or Excursion to use on my daily driver. No cracks or missing chunks or other significant flaws. Should have 4.25-4.5" back spacing, 8-9.0" rim width (?) and 8 on 170 lug pattern. So go get those old take-offs out of the shed and pocket some mod funding. thanks for looking.

FYI these years all had 16" wheels, except for a few 04's that got 18's. You probably need 05-up to get 17" wheels (same bolt pattern, but I'm not sure about the offset).

Chief66- I thought 17s were an option in '99-'04? I know the '05 and later have more offset and require spacers to fit earlier. Don't want to go there. thanks.

I guess there were no 17" between '99-'04. Must have been the Harley Edition that got 18"??? or were they 20"s?
Were all the 16" wheels for that period 7" rims. Or was there an 8" rim offered for F-350s? If only 7"s, then the tallest tire you can safely run is 265/75... which is the stock size I have now on my stock 7" rims. All the tire companies call for minimum of 7-1/2" rims for a 285/75. The 265s buldge out enough as is.

So it seems it's after market only for oversize (larger than 265s) wheel/tire combos for the '99-'04s. Unless you use spacers on '05 and later 17"+, which I won't do.

I have a set of 18" King Ranch wheels with 275/70/18 continental TR on them. They have about 6k miles on them. I'm asking $1000 for them. They are polished with tan inserts

I have a set of 17" Micky Thompson Classics that I took off my 2000 Ex when I put new wheels on. They have 305/70R17s on them right now but they are pretty much done for. The wheels could stand to be polished but are clean and straight with no nicks or scratches. Let me know if you are interested.

EDIT: Just saw how old the original ad was. I have the, for sale for anyone else that comes along but it looks as the OP has already procured some 17s
