I keep gettin these pop ups from this site only!
Only just started, whats up with the site???

Its really getting on my nerves!!!!

 

This started yesterday afternoon for a lot of people. FTE's administration and IB tech staff are aware and working on it.

 

I haven't seen any??? I use Mozilla

 

I also use Mozilla.
I get the pop ups every time I click on a thread or post on a thread.

 

Workarounds:

If you haven't already done so, when Mozilla's info stripe (at the top of the window) that says "Firefox blocked a popup" shows, click on Options and untoggle the "show notification of blocked popup" checkbox.

If (like me) you can't see them or they disappear too fast, (making the window jump),

1) type "about:config" in the address bar;

2) after clicking on "I'll be careful", scroll down to the configuration setting "privacy.popups.showBrowserMessage" It's about 4/5 of the way down the page.

3) Set it to "false" by right-clicking on it and clicking on "toggle".

That will keep the browser message from making your window bounce around.
