I read that in Texas BIO is not taxed. If it is in a mix say B20, then that 20% is not taxed. Distributers I have talked to say they do discount it for farms but there is no tax on it. I'm not sure if that is just the state or federal or what. Not sure if that means that farm use b100 would not have to be dyed either but I'm gonna find out.
And there are problems with that tax credit from what I keep hearing from now out of business producers. Lots of problems. Stuff on google now leads me to believe it's not even in effect right now too!.
