Oddshot's 1982 Ford F100 4X4

Year: 1950
Make: Ford
Model: F-100
Price: $1750
Mileage: 0
Color: Brown
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): GA
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: 4WD & AWD
Engine: 302 V/8

1982 Ford F100 302 V/8, 4 Speed Four Wheel Drive

This North GEORGIA pickup was originally Automatic and two wheel drive. It was completely disassembled. The 302 Engine, 4 spd Trans, 4 wheel drive and differential from a 1984 F 150 have been installed.

The carpets and panels have been removed … the floor has been cleaned, pressure washed, primed (2 coats Rustoleum) and painted with a non-skid sand enamel to prevent rust. I did NOT install new carpets.

The cab vents were pulled apart, flushed and cleaned.

THERE IS NO RUST IN THE CAB OF THIS TRUCK ANYWHERE.

The bed is only “fair”. It has a “push” dent in the right rear and the tailgate is rusted.
The bench seat has been replaced with bone yard buckets from a Bronco.
The rear window has been replaced with a “slider” and re-sealed. NO LEAKS.

When the truck was reassembled the front bearings were checked and cleaned. All bad bearings were replaced with new grease seals. The brake pads and shoes are less than 2 years old.

While the dash was out to replace the pedal assembly, the wire harness was removed and inspected. All connections have been disassembled and inspected …ALL HIGH RESISTANCE CONNECTIONS have been properly repaired.

The headlamps have been rewired to turn off with the key ... no more dead batteries.

All emissions (pump, cat etc) have been removed. I am getting a 15 to 16 MPG with this truck.

New parts include:

Brake power booster
Brake master cylinder
Timing Chain
Water pump
Clutch, Pressure plate, TO Bearing
Distributor Pickup Coil, Spark Box, New Ignition Harness with GM weather pack connectors
Sparkplugs, Dist Cap, Rotor, Spark Plug Wires
Radiator and heater hoses
2 year old over-sized radiator
Battery

The truck comes with:

Class Three hitch
Helper springs on the rear
Original Ford AM/ FM
Good dual exhaust
Good to fair tires, the spare is new.

Extra Parts include

Starter
Alternator
Various Brake parts
Bronco center console
Extra drive shaft

I have posted on this Forum about the work that has been done to this truck ... I post as oddshot on the 1980-1988 Forum ... just check my posts.

This truck is located in north Georgia ... halfway between Atlanta and Chattanooga Tenna.

This is a good, strong, solid truck. I am buying a Deuce and a half and I got to clear out the driveway.

Offers around $1,750.
