Tranny swap need HELP!!!

So I drop the transmission out of my 02 Ford F2 50 super duty and transfer case installed a transmission from a 99 Ford F2 50 four-wheel-drive there are two sensors on top of my old trans and not on the trans I replaced it with I believe those are my speed sensors my truck four-wheel-drive and from my understanding four-wheel-drive trans only has one in the top and then one in the transfer case. So what I’m asking did my truck even have a four-wheel-drive trans in it originally and what do I do with the connections to the two sensors that I don’t have on the replacement transmission? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here is what you do with those connections: Connect them to the sensors on the new transmission that you need to install in this truck. The one you installed will not work in that truck.
