I have an 03 F250 Crew Cab and I am trying to find a stereo that has Sirius features without having to have a separate unit. I don't need a DVD unit and I am trying to find an affordable unit. I would like for it to have all the numbers on the unit for easy channel selection. Does a unit like this exist or am i being too picky.

 

there are lots of aftermarket head units that will work in your truck and offer sirius sat. ability..

just head to any stereo shop in your area. you should have no trouble getting something

 

A pie adapter, smart phone and pandora/ slacker or mp3 files on the phone. A lot better and for me I already am paying for the phone service

 

I already pay for Sirius so that is the reasoning behind this. Will the 04 with the 4 pins fit? They didn't put an AUX button in until 04. I want the 05 style stereo but I don't believe they will fit since they don't have the 4 pins.

 

oh your looking at using the stock headunit ???
