MAP Sensor voltage ???

What Should the voltage in to the map sensor and out to PCM I have been getting a CEL with codes P0069 MAP - Barometric Pressure Correlation and P0200 Injector Circuit I tested the map sensor and I got max 1.40 volts out and desended when I put the vacum pump to it is there any other sensor i should be testing

Were you checking with the engine off?

The MAP sensor should have 5 volts going to it, and be returning 0-5 volts when reading a pressure of 0-51 PSI. This is based on the table I cut out of the 6.0L Bible and attached below.

Remember that it is an absolute pressure sensor, so at engine off, it should read atmospheric pressure, which should be about 14.7 PSI at sea level.

The way I tested it was with the KOEO I put my hand Vacum pump on the line With my volt meter I tested the voltage on the center wire was 1.40 when I pumped up the vacum pump the voltage would drop The supply power wire was also only 1.40 volts
Does the Baro sensor determine what voltage the MAP Sensor Recive

Disconnect the connector from the sensor and see if you get 5 volts on pin 1. The power should come from the PCM.

I'm still not entirely sure how these sensors work, but the return voltage you're seeing makes sense according to the table, as does the voltage drop if you apply a vacuum. If you apply pressure, you should see a similar voltage increase.
