I had to fill both tanks in the Ranger earlier this week, cost $82.00........I can't keep spending that on gas every week, and thats in the truck that gets 18-20mpg, not the 10 mpg hog!

That was my point, still NO Recovery and gas and food prices are going sky high. I think the jerks in Washington don't have a clue. It's time they are held accountable for all their "promises". LOL
Accountable, thats funny.
You act like Washington cares. I cant understand how they think the parasite will survive, when it's become larger than the host?

And our "leaders" do nothing but hasten its coming.........Economic depressions are part of the boom/bust cycle, usually followed by major wars............A guy named Adolf Hitler got us out of the last great depression, not FDRs "social programs"..........Yes, God help us all when the crap hits the fan.

Agreed.
Social programs, has anything harmed society more?
I hope America wakes up before it's too late (might be already).
I have to sign off, giving blood tomorrow, need sleep and to lower my blood pressure, or it'll come shooting out!

It will not get any better until we get the socialists out of our government. I heard on the radio yesterday that 1 in 5 oregonians are still out of work. That means the rest of us are supporting them and ourselves. Many are people who have lost their jobs during the down turn, I feel for these guys, but a lot of them are sit on their butt welfare leaches who have no intention of going to work or looking for a job.
If diesel goes to high, not gas, it will stall the economy. Freight is moved with diesel, not gas. Raise diesel, shipping costs rise, then prices of food and others go up. Thank you Oregon state for kicking a dog when it's down once again and taxing once again raising the price of fuel just like OPEC. They still haven't figured out that when you raise fuel prices, people stop driving. Keep them low and people drive more and you get the same amount of revenue, not per gallon, but per gallons sold at the lower price.

Just spent $166 filling up my truck yesterday. And diesel is cheaper here in NC, only 3.39 a gallon.
I'll be thankful for my 58 gallon fuel capacity moving next week though...
Get home fast Evan before it goes through the roof. Some how the mileage that they give you when you transfer just doesn't cover the fuel costs.
