high flow cats

It looks like i might need to buy cats soon so i was wondering, who makes high flow cats that are legal in California? Part numbers? Btw its an 04 5.4 screw....

I don't think there are any available in Cal. Totally different out there. Magnaflow makes a good replacement for the 49 states though.
