I got a flyer today at work. Friday feb. 4th hours are 8 am to 6 pm Saturday feb 5th hours are 8 am to 4 pm. Parking $5 per vehicle per day or $7 for two day pass.

 

Well I am planning on being there Sat-- maybe some friday depending on work.

 

Plannin on Saturday, its gonna be an early morning, what time are we having breakfast?

 

anyone going to sell stuff? i have a few axles that id like to try and get some return on.

 

We normally meet at about 6:30 - 7:00 for breakfast then be there around 8. Means you'd have to be on the road by 4:30 to make breakfast. We've also carpooled in the past to save everyone paying $5. Just leave the vehicles at Spangles or Cracker Barrel.

Anyone want more detailed info on breakfast? (directions ect)-- Where do we want to meet for lunch? There is the red stone grill just a mile or so away that i have been wanting to try or there is KFC buffet, MC D's, Taco Bell, Just about what ever fast food we want- or good BBQ in Wichita.

Ian I don't know anyone selling but I could carry a sign?

Curt you are welcome to stay at my place if I don't have a house full of Sister in laws.

 

Well got some bad news I wont make it for breafest I have to work untill 10-10:30 so I can everyone around 11 for lunch if poeple want.

 

Anybody have an open seat for me from breakfast to the swap meet?

 

I could use a pair of early to mid 70's , 289, 302, 351w, exhaust manifolds if they are really, realy cheap.

 

Chad, Clint and I were talking. perhaps we should take a role call for the breakfast meet. It sounds like it might just be Chad, Garrett Maddie and I? Anyone else? Did we decide on where? I will likely bring the Diebold Van down (gets better gas mileage than the Jeep), and will have Maddie with me.

 

We will try to make it down for breakfast, depends on whether Jamie will get up that early

 

I will make breakfast and lunch but am not going to the swap meet. I can get Garrett to the breakfast and home from lunch.

 

Curt you can leave the van here those parking space are kinda cramped anyway.. We can take the sploder or the escape to breakfast which would give room for Garret-- as long as Garret doesn't need a carseat. ha ha ha!

Justin-- Aren't you guys used to getting up at 0 dark 30 anyway? You'd only have to leave by 5:45ish -- You guys could drop the trailer off here to if you like. Or I think there is trailer parking there.

SO I still say Lunch should be @ "Pig in Pig out" Just because it is wonderful and only about 3 or 4 miles down the road. Thoughts? Other places for lunch?

I'm still planning on coming down, but probably won't make the breakfast run. I haven't heard back from the NE crowd yet, so that is up in the air.

 

I`ll be there but it`s a good time to spend the day with my son, he loves the swapmeet too, so no eatin cept with him, at our fave, El Mexico.

 

I'd like a car seat. I really don't want to ride on the roof/hood/bumper/tire carrier. PIPO is good for me, or how about two brother's? Not exactly down the road, but I've been wanting to try their burgers.
