Cool video
I'm new and have a lot to learn, so here is another question.
A couple of the pic's in the video appeared to be of 4WD trucks. When did Ford begin making trucks with 4WD?

In the very first picture the truck on the top right is really sitting "right". I know it is because it is pulled down for the trip but I do like the way it sits....
