The 2011 Southeastern Truck Nationals will again be held at the City
Park in White House, TN on July 16th.

Last year's show had 100 trucks and this year will be EVEN BIGGER!!!!
Classic Trucks Magazine had event coverage of the show in the November
2011 issue. There is a Top 50 and Custom Trophies for Best of Awards
that are out of this world.

$20 Entry Fee before July 9th, $25 Day of the Show. Registration is from 8-12

This is open to ONLY Trucks, SUV's, and Vans. Sorry, no cars allowed
ALL ENTRY FEES WILL GO TO THE FIRE AND POLICE EXPLORER PROGRAMS HERE
IN THE AREA. These are programs designed to help teenagers get into
these professions to make our community safer.

White House, TN is just outside of Nashville and we hope people will
come from all over and make a weekend out of it. This is a beautiful
area of the state and there are a lot of things to do in Nashville.

Thanks Bryan for the heads-up. I got it mark on the calender; hope to get that day off; won't know until acouple day's prior; but will manage to swap shifts if have to.
I guess I should of ask you last year; but was my buddies 65 Ranchero consider a car?
I also will drag as many Clarksville folks down with me to the show!! lol
Folks consider this as a must attend event! Has potential of being as good as SuperNationals if not better!

 

Mitch, I don't think it was considered a car. I believe there was an El Camino there also. It's cool .

So Bryan are you going on record and settling the age old question " Is a Ranchero or El Camino a car or truck"?

 

I've always thought they were there own beast, but could go either way.

 

If it has a bed on / in it; I consider it a pickup.
Those two types vehicle's where design to draw more car like minded folks into purchasing a vehicle gear towards utlitily purpose. But the bed size & capacity / load weight cause less sells.
Consider the same concept with SUV's nowadaze!

If possible can you contact him about SouthEastern Truck show; he was interested in attending for True Blue coverage.

From the looks of their site, this is a bowtie club.

 

We have several Ford guys in our club. I admit, we joined from a larger chevy board, but we love all trucks. I would encourage you guys to come on over. We would love to diversify more. Some guys are looking for parts or advice and sometimes we can't help.
