Front Brake Drums

II RC, if ya got a D44, an option is to use the knuckles, spindles, etc. from a 78 or 79 Bronco. You might also have to ream the tie rod holes (tapered reamer!!) cuz later model tie rods have a thicker shank... take a guess how I found out.
Depending on what you can find, sometimes a complete axle swap will come out less costly than swapping disc brake components.... make sure the front ratio is compatible with your rear end ratio.

thats a dana 44C standard duty its compltely doable conversion... you don't wanna use the 78-79 bronco unless you want 5 lug fronts and 8 lug rear... we discussed this on another thred awhile back..you need the parts off one of three donors
1-80 to 95 ford 3/4 ton dana 50 ttb front..
2-77 1/2-79 dana 44 3/4 ton front
3-74-86 chevy dana 44 3/4 ton..beware chevy used 3 front axles in the 3/4 tons only one is a 44...make sure the others won't fit...
take eveything from theknuckle-spindle out th the hub..get the caliper, brakelines, and brake sheilds too. you'll need a disc/drum master cylinder and proportioning valve from a 77 1/2-79 f250.. if you don't have power brakes i'd consider swapping those in too.
