Hell ya! Looks good there my Missourian brother! Are you still working your helper to death or did he already run off?

Rich, I sent him home. He started to get in my way and he was costing me more materials than giving me help. I told his dad that he fixed the spot he hit and that was good enough for me. I'd still be trying to lay primer if he was "helping" me.

I'm sorry that your "helper" wasn't any good.

Good choice if color! Looks great; quite a difference compared to that light color...

Did you ever figure out how he managed to run into your truck?

Looking forward to before/after shots!

Try a tune-up and a carb rebuild.

Did you get a new rotor? Are you keeping your foot buried in the wallet killer?

Honestly, it's a 3/4 ton truck. 10's pretty decent.

You may want to start a new thread for this topic. We're hijacking here.

Just to refresh everyone's memory, here's where I started a year ago......

Ita all looking REAL good there brother, especially the front factory push bar. How long till the 390 goes in?

Are you going to polish those alum slotted mag rims some day?

Bob and I were talking about the wheels when he came over. When I put them on to begin with, I lightly wet sanded them with 400 grit. It gave them a nice satin finish. I guess I'll keep doing that until all the ridges are gone from machining the wheel. When they're smooth, I'll polish them.

As far as the 390 goes, as soon as I rebuild it, I get my bell housing, I get the time to put it in, etc, etc. My truck runs great, but I know the old girl is tired. Hopefully sometime this year.

lol. No, not yet. I'm going to try and use the skin from the one you gave me and make new brackets for it so it fits the frame. I also found another single tube roll bar that I might buy and use the one you gave me to make a double tube bar out of. Both are things that will get done, I just have to think on how I want to execute it. It's a slow process, but she'll get done in time. At least now she'll turn some heads
