Spark Plugs 5.4L

Is it any easier to change spark plugs in a SuperDuty with a 5.4L than in an F150 with a 5.4L?

No, they're both equally a PITA and time consuming. Same engine, placement in the F250 is a little different. Otherwise, same thing.

I did the plugs on my wife's Expy as well as my SD. I think the SD went easier as well as faster. Honestly, I used my wife's truck as a guinnea pig! The SD has a bigger injun bay and I found it to be a little easier to get around in. You may or may not find that to be the case.

Jamesg is right, though--PITA on both. 3-4 hrs for each.

Nah, I took off the fuel rails. It was no big deal in my opinon. They did dribble a little fuel, but it was not much at all. Maybe a teaspoon or two. I made sure to keep track of the rubber o-rings on the injectors too.

You dont need to remove the fuel rails....they arent in the way. The coil's are flexible enough to get them past the fuel rails with no problems
