thanks for the info. used the air and water technique, still think one side squirter is a little weak. going to operate and resolve this.

Do you have it together with gaskets when you do this? I usually just hold the discharge nozzle down with my finger. Reason for asking is that you may find the gaskets "off" a bit in thickness. You can tighten the clamps down, the bars are tight, but the discharge nozzle is loose-too thin a gasket.

i did this with carb apart. something got in there and plugged her up. i got it clean and can put air thru both sides, but it seems a little weak on right side. i think there may be a remnant stuck on "wall" of squirter that is impeding the flow. tore left rotater cuff last week at work, so won't be able to do much for a couple weeks, but saw this and am not afraid to ask those who know. i appreciate and respect others knowledge and expertise, will listen and act on this knowledge, and if i can't get it right, will definitely ask for help.

forgot to thank you for the info on gaskets. when put together, everything was tight, and all holes were aligned. i know to check for mis-aligned (stuff)

If you have a dollar store around, get their version of pine sol or Awesome cleaner, or get some regular pine sol. Add it to hot water and soak the offending part in it for at least a day. Try to keep it warm. Rinse, then try the air/water trick.
