U Bolt Torque Spec & Zerk Fittings Location

Ford recommends re-tightening UBolts at 15K intervals.
Does anyone know torque specs?
Also the manual states that Zerk fittings need to be lubed.
Are there any on the TC and if so, where?

NOTE: Tighten the U-bolt nuts evenly in a cross-type pattern with the weight of the vehicle on it's wheels (not jacked up it means)
Tighten the U-bolts nuts to 125 Nm (92 lb-ft).

More info on U-Bolt tightening & Zerks... NOT!

Firstly thanks ncranchero for torque info.
I additionally learned that one needs an uncommon socket size, an 18mm DEEP socket to tighten. One of the 4 bolts on each side additionally requires a 3" extension to clear a suspension part.
As for lubing the Zerk fittings...there are none! Just "boilerplate" info printed in the maintenance schedule that does not apply.
