Hello Minnesota: I'm in the buckeye state and looking for some new fishing ground.My brother and son-in-law have been going to "THE BOUNDRY WATERS" up into Canada but I realy would not do the extra drive.Beside's do to health reasons I prefer to be able to drive in . I have boat and would like for meals to be included.
Would appreciate any names or suggestions you may have.

there are alot of lakes near longville mn thathave musky in them dont know of lodge packages tho try thunder lake lodge or the anchorage inn maybe some on leech lake as well the lakes around longville are smaller than leech lake with exellent fishin hope this helps

I directed the link to the search page, but there is a lot more good stuff on there. Also do a search on Mille Lacs lake (big lake, I hope you have a big boat - GPS may be helpful too, or a guide) in the same county, I think there is a good bit of Musky fishing on that lake, although most people I know fish for walleye there. Check out the weekly fishing report on Minneapolis Star Tribune Right now it's all about ice fishing but that will change when the weather warms up. Hope that helps.
