Well you wont believe it just figured out Jim Kidd and I are in the same unit headed for the desert. Gonna hollar at Andy as we pass though Kuwait. We'll do our wiener roast then, just thow them out on the pavement for 2 min and the'll be done!! hahaha

 

Well you all have fun, I will be there in spirit! lol Jeff and Jim, hopefully I will see you guys soon. Just give me an early heads up when you might be here.

 

I should be able to make it this weekend, what else is needed.

Right now it looks like: you guys, myself, scott and fam and Jeff.. I'd say around 11 or 12 if you count everybody..

Dave won't be able to make it back in time, he took a load to Oregon .. can't blame him.. gotta pay the bills

They keep changing the forecast.. hopefully this stuff will move out by noon

By the way.. I dont have time to write it up at the moment.. but I'm going to suggest that if you come the freeway, get off at beebe and come a different direction as they are in the process of re-paving the mcrae off-ramp and its nasty with fresh oil and asphault..

Woke up this morning running fever and a sore throat, so it depends on how I feel in the AM if I'll be there. Don't want to bring a bug with me.

No worries Jeff, if you feel bad, I don't blame you.. I spend all of superbowl weekend in bed with a fever.. lost my voice the following monday.. didn't quite feel right until about friday of that week..

 

I think it's the pollen. It's out like crazy for this early in the year. Renee and I are feeling a bit on the cruddy side too....... but we like sharing

Joe, had a nice time saturday. stopped at strayhorns on the way out. Didn't have what i was looking for but enjoyed looking around and talking to mr. strayhorn. stoped at some of the flea markets. most were closing by time we got back to town but did enjoy the day, first time in that part of the state.

Since there were several folks that were sick and couldn't make it, we were going to re-schedule the GTG in a couple of weeks..
