Looks like metal tubing and probably the hard lines for the heater
the fittings will be a JIC type flare design

You might be right it's about 4" long going to the cabin area, any idea where online can find this type of JIC type flare

JIC as you call it about 1

I suppose these fittings cannot be replaced with pipe thread fittings?
