Smile sparkplug tip burnt off.

Hey just wondering if it is just my 04 super crew 5.4 24v that has a problem with the right side rear plug burning off the bottom 1/4" of the plug.I have changed the plugs twice and only got approx. 100 thousand miles on truck.Does anybody else have this problem?
