Waiting for warmer weather.
So, still chasing down little glitches. I have driven it a few times and it rides pretty well. I need to adjust quite a few things to make it more reliable and comfortable to drive before driving it regularly or hot rodding it:
The throttle pedal stands too vertically, my shin muscles cramped on the last drive.
The brake arm needs to be altered, the pedal sits up too high. It is a major pain to lift my foot that high to press the brake.
The seat sits too low. I need to make some taller mounting brackets.
I have a coolant leak from installing the thermostat. The motor shop delivered it to me without thermostat installed and I need to drain the coolant again and put some silicone on the gasket.
I am still having issues with the air ride system. They are working on a new version of the software and will forward one to me when they finish.

Hey Griz,
Yep you are in the "adjustment" phase - getting everything to work the way you want it to. It takes a while so be patient. I think the suspension stuff is the worst - lot's of tweaking & trying it out.
We had our front shocks maxed out to get wheels/tires to fit under there - finally gave up & bought smaller tires. Now we need to untweak the coils & shocks to get a smoother ride... Grrr.. The engine came around pretty quickly after discovering the distributor had been installed one tooth off. The brakes were hanging up as the master cylinder push rod was 1/8 in. too long ...
Have fun testing it out - it will all come together..
