Will they fit the wheels? YES
Will they fit on the truck without rubbing? Maybe not. Those are a fair amount wider than stock, and they are likely to rub a control arm. The height of that ratio isn't the problem as its just a little over 33" tall, but it's right on 12" wide and that might cause a few problems.
