Hi and welcome to FTE. This is a great site to get lots of good Ranger help.

What type of sending unit are you looking for - coolant temp, oil pressure, fuel tank level or what?

LMC Truck may be a good place to fing what you are looking for.

Fuel sending unit, meaning the thing inside the fuel tank that makes the fuel gauge read?

or fuel sending unit, meaning the pump that sends fuel to the engine?

Try replacing with a Junk yard sender first, that will give you the knowledge to tackle yours by first getting one in the J-yard.
Be warned, the gages go belly up as often as the sender units......another trip to the JY.
Bad connections can be the problem too, I have seen just about all the problems these trucks can throw at you, having owned one since 84.

With a junk yard gauge R&R......Sender units are no different, 4cyl or V6 .......Some one has been making you waste your time, pull one from a v6 model if possible.
