Trail boss grille guard install...need help

I got a trail boss grille guard for my 02 f-250 but for the life of me can't figure out how to install the thing, i can see that i uses the 3 bolts that hold on the tow hooks but can't figure out how to get the mounts where they need to go, has anyone installed one of these? if so could you please help me?

I dont know what your brush guard looks like? or how it mounts, but it should be pretty strait forward, if it dosent line up with the tow hook bolts maybe it's the wrong one. I put a westin brush gaurd on my 99 in about 20 min.

turns out that the tow hooks need to come off to be able to install it, any tips on getting them off? cause as it stands i can only get 1 click on the ratchet at a time

Hold the nut (on the inside of the bumper) with a wrench and use the ratchet on the bolt head (outside of the bumper) hope this helps.

I was real close to purchasing the exact same grill guard a few weeks back. There was a almost new used one on the Houston Tx craigslist for a real good price, but I didn't like that the original tow hooks had to be removed.
I wish I was more help, but Mine mounts different.
Congrats on the purchase, and post some pics when you get it mounted.
