Talking How to make a full-size bumper fit a stepside truck.

Check out my gallery and see it. I got the bumper from a 1980 Bronco. I made 4 cuts, and 4 welds and it looks pretty good, just got smooth the welds and paint it.

Cool, but it's not actually an "I" beam - it's a "C" channel. Mine started like that, but I added 1/4" plate on the ends, tops, & bottoms and 16ga to the fronts to make storage boxes. You can see mine in my '83 Bronco album in my signature link.
