2005 Transmission shifting into OD early
A few days ago my 2005 F150 started shifting into OD early at low speeds/rpm's. It cleared up after the truck got to normal operating temps, but while it was cold it would up shift early and feel like it had no power becuase of being in the wrong gear. Now it doesn't feel like it is clearing up as well after getting up to normal operating temps. Anyone know what is probably going on here?

I would start by checking your fluid and filter. ALLDATAdiy recommends using a scan tool to check for codes, as well as monitor all of the shift functions.

[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]It is actually shifting into all gears early....around 1K RPMs vs around 2K which seems to be when it normally shifted the way I normally accelerated. Its intermittent but is doing it more often than not. Fluid level is good and looks good and clean. I have around 135K miles and have had the transmission fluid serviced twice at the dealership, the latest being about 25k miles ago. I'll take it for a diagnostic today if I can get into a shop. Still would like to have an idea of what is probably causing it if anyone can help. Thanks.
