Did a search but didn't find much on events but did find Some history on him. I drive by this statue almost twice a day. Vermont Historical Society

Better located thru (seems U may have a "when" if the history search listed his birth day) the Chamber of Com u ers, cop shop, or town hall ("Town Mall [u]"). They got MLK day, we got Robert Burnes b'day celebration n Barre seems to have 1 of the better known ones. Good luck on the search, should b a good family (& neighbors) event. We had a G R E A T MLK (of likewise activities) here. They even let me sing...

Interesting - we have puddles on top of 3/8" ice on top of 24" of sno. Where it's been cleared there is the cursed 'black ice' - road and walk ways. Soon more sno on top of the ice: whippie, woopie, and woooh (too)!
