Do you have to wear a motocross/snowmobile type helmet to go karting? if so my snowmobile helmet has my helmet camera mounted on it for some video

 

They've got helmets there to use free of charge.

 

You can wear your own, I did...

good afternoon everybody. i hear its warmer in ct than it is out here, so itmust be pretty nice.

 

miles what helmet cam do you have? i want to get a go-pro hero wide angle for my quad.

 

I have a 2010 tachyon xc cam, I've only used it in my truck the video quality was good but due to having to close the back access door to make it waterproof I couldn't hear the truck well (no 5.4 jokes). I'm sure it will pick up my sled fine. go to www.helmetcameracentral.com I think and it compares them all. I'd tell you why I didn't get a gopro but typing on a blackberry is a pain

 

Helmet cams are cool. I don't have one but I like watching snowmobile videos from them.
